Between 2021-2024, I served as the Director of the Global Policy Institute (GPI), a think tank in Los Angeles that applies rigorous academic research to help tackle global policy challenges.

As Director of GPI, I launched the GPI Career Spotlight Initiative, which highlights professional pathways connecting students with policy experts. I also created The 3-Minute Global Policy Competition, where students propose creative solutions to policy challenges in less than 180 seconds.

I organized events with high-profile speakers, including former VP of the European Commission Federica Mogherini, CNN Chief International Correspondent Clarissa Ward, long-time Executive Director of Human Rights Watch Kenneth Roth, Nobel Prize winner Joseph Stiglitz, and former U.S. Ambassadors to Afghanistan, NATO, and Ukraine.
